Positive: The staff should be commended along with the presentation, me being a Master Chef, the staff kept the food line stocked and clean, their layout, presentation was excellent, staff very professional and friendly
Negative: Calling booking. Com just to inform them that we were running late due to construction and traffic coming from, Columbia SC, being a combat disable retired veteran (Army). The representative really had my anxiety level high, be should informed us that she didn't have a reservation for us, after we gave her our confirmation number several times. Upon arrival at the hotel. Mr. Vence, really took care of everything and with his, kindness and knowledge he really made out earlier experience go away. Employees like him and the staff we encountered should be commended and kept as a vaule Employees

Positive: Breakfast was really good. Bed was comfortable. We liked the full size refrigerator and small kitchen.
Negative: Sofá bed was not too comfortable. A small table for 2 would have been a nice touch.

Negative: I stayed in the third floor. Cero WIFI there. Nowadays with all the technology at hand its unacceptable. My husband had to work and had to do it in the lobby.
